Have you ever faced with a problem during conservation of injection moulds and/or cast moulds due to poor degassing which lead to repairing of burnt marked products and/or re-coloring?
We, Plamoul Seiko Co.,Ltd., have developed unbelievable degassing pin, “Gas Through,” which will solve your problems.
“Gas Through” shows unbelievable results during the process of injection molding for plastic processing.
“Gas Through” was developed based on the basics of casting.
The ideal of casting is to have the fixed casting conditions while manufacturing the best products permanently.
However, reality is not as easy as being said.
Ordinarily, the basic idea of deciding the casting condition is to use the finished mould’s condition. Although this seems fine, gas jamming occurs, causing short-out. To solve such a problem, the usual way is to increase the resinous pressure. Increasing the pressure does solve short-out temporarily, but then new problem occurs; burr.
“Gas Through” has solved a vicious spiral of short-out and burr. This allows producing products without applying unnecessary pressure to the mould. In other words, it made it possible to fill the mould with resin without any excessive stress.
No doubt this is the degassing revolution! The savior of quality control!

1. Reduced maintenance because mould is kept clean.
2. Because it is possible to do low pressuring casting, possibility of burr occurring is reduced.
3. Because it is possible to do low pressuring casting, possibility of having mould damaged is reduced.
4. Reduced jamming of gas vent inside the cavity, resulting in prevention of short shot.
5. Improvement on possibility of waste shot occurring resulting in cost reduction of materials.
6. Improvement on fractional defective, leading to a reduced number of inspections.
In Conclusion, “Gas Through” manages to do following at once: increase quality, improved productivity, cost reduction, and less maintenance time.
Our main business is to manufacture micro-size precision products, such as formed products and moulds for connectors. We have the associated factory in Dongguan Guangdong Province, China. We have 700 employees in total and 80 engineers in mould section (including mould designers and NC programmers) engaging in the factory operation of 24/7 with shifts.
