Our company owns a transportation department, KOIDE Transportation Co., Ltd.
Total number of workers adds up to 7.
By having such a department next to the factory, we managed to reduce our customers' waiting time. We can deliver our products anywhere in and nearby the Kantou regions. If products need to be shipped far away from our factory, we ask a cooperative transportation company to execute the delivery. We also try to meet with the client when we ship.

S shift system for 12 hrs. Depending on the work load, it can switch to 3 shift systems running 24/7
Our factory uses 2 shift systems, evening and night shift. By realizing such systems, we have managed to maximize the work efficiency while we were able to run the factory 12/7.
We intentionally created a free time slot between midnight to 8a.m. so we could handle any immediate short lead time inquiries.
In other words, we can switch to 3 shift systems to manufacture those products customers requested.

Each section`s leader chooses the best 7 workers to work on tasks outside their own specialties.
Each of the 7 workers is asked to suggest a way to improve those matters which appear problematic to the company twice a year. By asking them to do so, they not only help improve the company but also act as messengers, between the company and workers, that carry a corporate slogan.

Nowadays, the most wanted skill in the manufacturing industry deals with the way to hand current techniques on to the next generation.
We have managed to establish a way to execute that by listening to professionals.
Each of the 12 sections is equipped with manuals on how to manufacture products with the best quality and our workers are trained to teach newcomers in a polite manner.
It is also mentionable as a side note that all workers are striving towards obtaining national trade certifications.
