The high-precision metal separator is a system designed to sort magnetic materials recovered by magnetic separators into 100% magnetic material (Clean FE) and partially magnetic material (FE+MIX). By optimally adjusting three key points in the sorting process, the system effectively removes impurities and achieves high-purity iron.
This solution significantly reduces the need for manual sorting, improving operational efficiency and increasing resource recovery rates.
We aim to introduce Japan’s advanced high-precision metal sorting technology to Thailand to support the improvement of iron resource purity and enhance recycling efficiency.

1. Sorting of High-Purity Iron (Clean FE)
Efficiently separates 100% magnetic material (Clean FE) from partially magnetic material (FE+MIX).
The sorted Clean FE contains less than 0.3% copper and can be reused as high-purity iron resource.
2. Reduction of Manual Sorting
Automatically removes non-magnetic materials such as motor cores, cables, and batteries.
Eliminates the need for manual impurity removal, reducing labor requirements and improving workflow efficiency.
3. Improved Maintainability & Reduced Consumables
Very few consumable parts – the only one being the conveyor belt, which can be replaced by two workers in just 30 minutes.
Enables long-term stable operation and helps reduce maintenance costs.
