The Model-2503 is a vibration signal converter developed for monitoring and diagnosing the vibration conditions of equipment. It converts acceleration (ACC), velocity (VEL), or displacement (DISP) into a 4–20mA current signal, allowing integration with PLCs, monitors, or IoT systems.

The device can be customized according to the application environment, including the type of sensor, measurement range, and frequency bandwidth. It is also suitable for use in harsh or hazardous locations.

🔺 Note: The unit itself is *not intrinsically explosion-proof*. However, by combining it with the MODEL-2450EX explosion-proof sensor and a dedicated barrier, a vibration monitoring system for explosive environments can be constructed.

It also supports ±2V AC raw waveform output, making it suitable for waveform analysis using tools such as FFT analyzers.
