On October 1, 2020, three key domestic companies of Rhythm Watch Co., Ltd., Tohoku Rhythm Co., Ltd., and Rhythm Kyoshin Co., Ltd merged as one RHYTHM to become RHYTHM KYOSHIN CO., LTD., in order to increase profitability and achieve sustainable development by strengthening corporate governance and using assets more effecitively.
