At our job heat treatment plant, we provide a wide variety of processes. The photo shows a machine tool axle being hardened by our large vertical scan hardening machine. The gap between the workpiece and copper colored coil is extremely close. If the coil gap is too large, the following quality defects can occur. ・For shafts, if the coil is off center, the hardened casing becomes uneven. ・Longer time required for heating increases the risk of overheating. ・The area surrounding the target area is also induction heated, resulting in power loss. To prevent these defects, we design coils with the optimal coil gap. To prevent contact between the coil and workpiece, which can cause a short circuit and damage the workpiece, the coils are moved to the required distance from the workpiece before heating. We have installed a Markforged 3D printer. The material can be composed of Onyx, a highly heat-resistant micro carbon fiber filled nylon. We also handle PLA in a variety of colors. Even using resin, we are able to produce materials with flexibility, elasticity, frictional force, shock resistance, and vibration absorption qualities similar to rubber. We can also handle plastics with metal-like strength by employing various reinforced grades such as carbon fiber, glass fiber, and high heat-resistant glass fiber. Rather of utilizing a 3D printer to determine the shape of a traditional model, it is now possible to produce replaceable pieces. 3D form processing is also possible. In addition, we also create prototypes before molding, which is difficult with cutting. We will choose the best processing option from among cutting, gluing, welding, and 3D printers, so please contact us if you have any queries about how to proceed.

Precision aluminum processing: We can produce mirrors simply by cutting (using special cutting tools) aluminum material (A5052). We have achieved surface roughness of Ra0.02 (Ry0.15 - 0.30) by cutting with machining tools! Note: Cut mirrors have different properties from polished mirrors.
