As a plastic magnet molding manufacturer, we produce distinctive, highly functional products. We manufacture motor parts, using both the two-color injection molding technology with plastic magnets and engineering plastics, and the integral injection molding technology including the shaft parts. In addition, our range of accurate multi-polarized magnet products, with a minimum magnetizing pitch of 40 μ, are used as sensors, motors, and meter magnets for rotary encoder magnets and linear encoder magnets.

Aluminum die casting [Automotive parts, 2-wheel parts, general parts and office machine parts, etc.] ◆ Features The most commonly used die casting is aluminum alloy. This light and strong alloy has excellent corrosion resistant properties and is widely used in applications for various fields. ◆ Iwaki Diecast’s aluminum die casting production system We use a launder system, which enables us to always supply clean raw materials, when feeding the molten metal from the melting furnace to the holding furnace. The scrap material, which is generated during trimming, is returned to the melting furnace via an underground conveyor. Our casting equipment is automated featuring a unique manufacturing method that is both highly productive and very safe. It produces a smooth surface with a minimal number of blowholes. ◆ Melting process • Our melting is centralized with high thermal efficiency. • The molten metal is poured into the holding furnace using launders (troughs) and porters. • We supply clean molten metal with minimal temperature difference by using an electric furnace. ◆ Casting process • Our own automated and systematized facilities enable us to automate processes up to the separation of gates. • Our die temperature control enables us to make products of consistent quality. • Our management system CAMOS allows us to visually monitor the production status. ◆ Main usages Automotive parts, 2-wheel parts, general parts and office machine parts, etc.

Since the place where the double sided tapes are applied to stabilize a glass cover and touch panel is becoming narrower, meaning balancing both adhesion strength and waterproof is one of the problems to be solved. At OTIS, by utilization of our unique process technologies, 【punching die/blade requirement】【analysis and analyze of materials】, we have achieved to punch press double sided tape pouch pressing with a width of 0.3mm.
