Example Product: S45C Steel Mechanical Component Material: S45C Carbon Steel Heat Treatment: Quenched and tempered to achieve a hardness of HS 38±2 Chamfering: C0.1 Surface Roughness: Ra 25 Dimensional Tolerance: Compliant with JIS-B-0405m and JIS-B-0419 standards. The components are produced entirely at the Anttek Vietnam factory (Hoài Đức, Hà Nội), covering everything from finish machining to inspection and packaging. Precision CNC Machining Process: Profiling and Milling: Shaping, surface milling, slotting, and hole drilling using high-precision CNC milling machines. Finishing: Precision machining and finishing of shafts and holes using CNC turning machines. Auxiliary Processes: Wire cutting, reaming, and grinding are performed to ensure absolute flatness, parallelism, and perpendicularity. Measurement and Finalization: Dimensional inspection using the Mitutoyo 3D CMM, Keyence 2D measuring machine, height gauges, and roughness testers. SUS316L clearly has inferior machinability when compared to SUS304. We chose and prepared a knife suited for SUS316L processing. As shown in the photo, the product has a round form, but through trial and error in setup and construction methods, we were able to finish it virtually entirely by machining. The slope at the top of the photo is where the liquid flows, so a severe surface roughness is required. Using optimal cutting tools and processing conditions, we are able to create a high surface roughness even when liquids flow through it.
