Our PEACE-LON® brand sintered oil-impregnated bearings utilize ultra-precise machining technology accurate to 1/1000 mm to maximize the performance of micro motors. These bearings are manufactured using powder metallurgy technology, which involves sintering metal powder. They feature a self-lubricating function that impregnates the interior with lubricating oil, enabling maintenance-free operation and excellent quietness. Our raw material lineup includes over 100 types, enabling us to meet all customer needs. What we are particularly proud of is our product lineup specialized for small parts. We provide bearings in optimal sizes tailored to customer designs, ranging from a minimum inner diameter of 0.5mm to a maximum outer diameter of 22mm. This is a corundum (a-AI203) crystal, the same as a sapphire crystal. It has high machine strength and only a diamond is harder. It has excellent wear resistance, thermal conduction and heat resistance and is extremely stable chemically. Electrically, it also has superior insulation against high temperatures and high-frequency qualities.
