Precision aluminum processing: We can produce mirrors simply by cutting (using special cutting tools) aluminum material (A5052). We have achieved surface roughness of Ra0.02 (Ry0.15 - 0.30) by cutting with machining tools! Note: Cut mirrors have different properties from polished mirrors. Aluminum die casting [Automotive parts, 2-wheel parts, general parts and office machine parts, etc.] ◆ Features The most commonly used die casting is aluminum alloy. This light and strong alloy has excellent corrosion resistant properties and is widely used in applications for various fields. ◆ Iwaki Diecast’s aluminum die casting production system We use a launder system, which enables us to always supply clean raw materials, when feeding the molten metal from the melting furnace to the holding furnace. The scrap material, which is generated during trimming, is returned to the melting furnace via an underground conveyor. Our casting equipment is automated featuring a unique manufacturing method that is both highly productive and very safe.
