The more we can eliminate wasteful processes, the faster we can deliver the finished product. Products that don’t take a lot of time to manufacture can be delivered cheaply. When we talk about our commitment to low costs, potential new clients often ask us what we do differently from other manufacturers that lets us lower costs. Do we use more modern equipment? Or perhaps we are able to get our materials more cheaply? We feel that the fastest way to lower costs is to eliminate waste. We teach our employees that producing low-cost products and completing products quickly results from not allowing wasteful processes or wasted time (including wasteful elements in design drawings) to impact the unit cost or lead time.

Ever since we commenced our business in Thailand in 1997, we have undertaken several challenges in press operations. Presently, we are capable of handling press processes that require a wide range of thicknesses from 0.05mm to 4mm. We are able to process a very wide range of different types of materials such as steel plates, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, brass, silver-plated and tin-plated materials, and so forth. Our processing methods include precision progressive processes, single-stroke processes, transfer processes and other options that we can tailor to meet customers’ needs. We are also well-equipped to provide post-press operations services such as barrel polishing, tapping, welding, plating, caulking, hardening, among others. We are also able to provide a one-stop mold design and production with our mold department of more than 80 technicians. We are most capable of handling mass production for our customers using their own molds even though no mold drawings are provided. In this way, we can avoid unnecessary investments in new molds by lowering the cost of transferring the molds that our customers are currently using from various locations such as Japan and China. Recently, we have been actively introducing servo presses. Currently, there are more than 10 servo presses ranging from 45t to 300t in operation. These have enabled us to improve the quality through highly precise mold operation that require lesser maintenance.

Vacuum Inlet: Connects the filter to the vacuum source of the suction device, enabling the creation of negative pressure within the filter to facilitate the suction process. The inlet must ensure a tight and secure connection to prevent air leaks that could diminish suction efficiency. 4. Patient Connection Port: The point at which the suction tube or catheter, used for suctioning from the patient, is connected. Designed to promote easy and secure attachment of the suction device while maintaining a tight seal. 5. Overflow Protection Valve: Also known as an overflow cutoff valve or shut-off valve, this component prevents the suctioned materials from overflowing and potentially contaminating the suction pump or the environment. It automatically closes when the filter is full or if there is a sudden influx of liquid, ensuring safety and hygiene. 6. Hydrophobic Filter: Some suction filter systems include a hydrophobic filter at the air inlet to prevent liquids and aerosols from escaping the filter and contaminating the vacuum pump. This filter allows air to pass while blocking liquids. 7. Solidifying Agent (Optional): Some suction filters come with an added solidifying agent in the canister, which quickly solidifies waste fluids, making disposal safer and cleaner by reducing the risk of spills.
