“Identify/CHECK THE PRODUCT APPEARANCE” Products after being assembled or processed need to be checked for appearance before moving on to the next stage to ensure that no NG products are passed to customers. Usually, this inspection stage is directly checked by the operator (worker) with a certain process. This has many advantages, but does not achieve the highest accuracy that the manufacturer wants. Slinks Automation Company would like to introduce to customers a solution to check the appearance of products using Camera, which can replace most of the work that workers are doing by sight. “CHECK THE BOARD CODE” Just like optical characters, barcodes also need to be tested to evaluate the quality of printing on the surface of product packaging. Checking barcodes with Slinks Automation camera will ensure that the barcodes are printed correctly and meet the standards (no loss of focus, blur, deviation beyond the limit). Extremely low image processing time (less than 10ms in size) combined with a high-speed imager camera can completely meet production requirements with a productivity of over 90,000 products / 1 hour.
