This guide is used for equipment parts in automotive parts plants. The material is SKD11 and holds HRC61-63. The important precision parts (with a 1° taper at the tip) are smoothly connected with RZ3.2 by lathing, machining→ hardening→ cylindrical grinding and profile grinding. The surface treatment is hard chrome, maintaining a hardness of about Hv900, and providing abrasion resistance and long life.

It has become possible to manufacture no-oil-supply products for anyone. The oil-stick is a lubricant which consists of a rich mixture of graphite, molybdenum disulfide and base oil made into a stick-like form. To use, firstly, drill a hole into the sliding source where no-oil-supply is necessary and then incorporate the oil-stick. It is easy to use for anyone and a new way to reduce lubrication problems. The incorporation process is an additional process, meaning, one can apply it to any surface and/or any metal materials. The oil-stick is our own unique product that can be used to turn most metal mold parts into no-oil-supply metal mold parts.

Precision aluminum processing: We can produce mirrors simply by cutting (using special cutting tools) aluminum material (A5052). We have achieved surface roughness of Ra0.02 (Ry0.15 - 0.30) by cutting with machining tools! Note: Cut mirrors have different properties from polished mirrors. SUS316L clearly has inferior machinability when compared to SUS304. We chose and prepared a knife suited for SUS316L processing. As shown in the photo, the product has a round form, but through trial and error in setup and construction methods, we were able to finish it virtually entirely by machining. The slope at the top of the photo is where the liquid flows, so a severe surface roughness is required. Using optimal cutting tools and processing conditions, we are able to create a high surface roughness even when liquids flow through it.
