Swaging is a cold forging process that reduces diameter and elongates material by rotating and hammering with a die. Our JAROC-ACE CNC swaging machines allow easy adjustment of dimensions, support chipless continuous operation, and offer high material yield. We handle design, manufacturing, sales, and subcontract swaging services. Suitable for SUS304, titanium, aluminum, copper, and internal spline processing.
We welcome all inquiries regarding swaging—whether it's feasibility assessment, quotation requests, or prototyping.
We handle everything from the manufacturing and sales of swaging machines to contract processing of swaged parts (such as tube tapering and rod tapering).
Both hollow tubes and solid bars can be processed. Using tubular materials also allows for weight reduction in the final product.
Compatible materials include ferrous and non-ferrous metals such as:
Iron, aluminum, titanium, titanium alloys (including β-titanium and nickel-titanium alloys), copper, stainless steel, and brass.
