Our ammonia heat pumps can stably supply hot water up to 85 degrees Celsius. The TORIDAS machine is designed for precise and automated deboning of chicken legs and thighs. It comes with standard features for pre-cutting separation and final processing steps. Users simply need to place the chicken legs into the machine, and TORIDAS will automatically separate the bones from the meat, achieving a yield ratio comparable to manual deboning. This makes it an efficient tool for food processing facilities.
Our product features special attributes that make our chicken processing machinery stand out. Firstly, hygiene and cleanliness are paramount - our machines can be cleaned with hot water and sterilized with chemicals. Additionally, with the two-step precision measurement function, it accurately debones meat from bones. Its ability to adjust the machinery layout according to production volume, coupled with image processing and feeding, ensures rapid and stable production. The machinery can produce Cymeet and Drumstick, and it includes an Auto loader system, enabling a single operator to control up to five machines.
The Flow Freezer/Fluidized machine represents a new innovation in rapid freezing techniques. Inside, it features a bottom-up air blowing system, making it ideal for freezing a variety of products such as vegetables, fruits, seafood, and small pieces of food with a thickness of 5-20 mm, without sticking together. The machine uses a two-level conveyor belt system for freezing. The first belt quickly freezes the product surface with cool air and vibrations from below, allowing items to float and separate. Then, the products are transferred to the second belt where they are thoroughly frozen.
Our Individual Quick Freezing (IQF) equipment is designed for use with vegetables, fruits, seafood, and side dishes. It operates in conjunction with a dual-layer Conveyor system for maximum freezing efficiency. The first belt separates the products with air and vibrations from below to prevent sticking, while the second belt arranges the products in layers for thorough freezing.
