The AQUA MER® MI300 series is a high-performance dry film photoresist specifically developed for inner layer circuit formation in printed circuit boards (PCBs). It supports ultra-fine patterns of 1–2 mil lines, offers excellent adhesion, and is highly resistant to acid etching processes. Designed for precision processing, it delivers high yield and reliability, making it ideal for use in LDI and AOI environments.

The MI300 series includes two models, MI312 and MI315, each with distinct film thickness, exposure energy, and adhesion performance. Both are fully compatible with water-based development and enable highly accurate 1–2 mil line patterning, verified by SEM imaging.
