・LEGEX series is an ultra-high precision CNC coordinate measuring machine that boasts the world's highest class accuracy, having thoroughly analyzed and eliminated error factors.
・The main body base uses carefully selected materials and has a sealed structure to achieve high rigidity and high damping performance. Furthermore, we do extensive stress analysis utilizing FEM structural analysis simulation to assure geometric motion accuracy that minimizes deformation due to load fluctuations. In addition, we have introduced a variety of innovations to achieve ultra-high precision, such as the drive unit construction and vibration countermeasures.
・The length measurement unit for position detection is equipped with an ultra-high precision length measurement unit (manufactured in-house) that combines an ultra-high precision crystallized glass scale with a coefficient of thermal expansion of ≒0 and a high-resolution, high-performance reflective linear encoder. It has a very high position detection ability and enables ultra-high precision machine control.
・The ultra-high precision machine's installation environment requires a constant temperature room class, but the temperature adjustment feature ensures accuracy in a broad variety of temperature conditions.
・We provide a variety of alternatives for convenient and ultra-high accuracy measurement of a wide range of workpieces, including probes (contact and non-contact types) and data processing equipment.
