<Main features>
・In order to achieve high speed and high precision, we have improved the rigidity by revising the construction and guidance mechanism.
・Uses a digital servo system to handle all position, speed, and current control loops using digital signals.
・The controller is located outside the main unit, eliminating the effect of heat generation on the main unit.
Despite being located outside the main unit, it features a compact layout that does not take up much floor area.
・Each axis scale has ultra-high accuracy due to the combination of an ultra-high precision crystallized glass scale with a linear expansion coefficient of 0.01x10-6/°C, which has almost no thermal expansion, and a high-performance reflective linear encoder with a minimum resolution of 2/100 m equipped with a length measuring unit. This ultra-high precision length measurement unit is also utilized in the LEGEX series of ultra-high precision CNC coordinate measuring machines. [700/900 series]
・Floor vibration at the installation location will affect the measurement values by dispersion. The STRATO-Apex series is equipped with an auto-leveling air spring type vibration isolator. This vibration isolator not only prevents floor vibration from being transferred to the main unit, but it also detects load variations caused by axis movement and item placement. It also provides a mechanism for fast returning the main body to a horizontal position.
・As a gate moving type, it achieves the highest speed and precision. It combines essential measuring technologies.
