・An optimal flexible measuring machine that substitutes specialized gauge measurements on production lines.
・It is a world-class CNC coordinate measuring machine that enables vertical inline not only drive speed but also acceleration (8770 mm/s2) and measurement speed (velocity at the point of contact: 20 mm/s). It may be utilized as a substitute for specialized machine and gauges as an inline/lineside automatic measuring system with shorter measurement tact time, leading to total cost savings.
・When installed between processing machines, the machine width is 15% less than conventional machine, contributing to a decrease in line length. Furthermore, by expanding the measuring area to the front, back, left, and right, we have gained more flexibility in the shipping route.
・As a coordinate measuring machine, precision can be guaranteed in a wide variety of temperature conditions (5 to 35 ℃). Furthermore, it can adapt to temperature fluctuations by the real-time temperature correction function and temperature correction origin setting feature.
・It is a dustproof by placing the entire drive system and length measuring unit in a dust-proof case on top of the machine. The control device and computing PC are also equipped with dustproof rack.
・Achieved an easy-to-maintain structure and a reduction in trouble factors due to the non-use of air.
・During high-speed movement, rotating force is created on the drive side when moving on one side. MACH-V employs a central center of gravity drive mechanism to provide an optimal drive that reduces slider rotation to avoid this. As a result, it features a structure that allows it to conduct measurements at faster rates with less accuracy degradation than typical coordinate measuring machine.
