Target and Daily Plan (D.Plan)
Showing production targets helps operators know production goals.

Plan (cycle time)
Production plan according to the cycle time specified, which will start at 0, so if the cycle time is 30 seconds, every 30 seconds the plan will increase by 1.

Actual
Show results of production that can actually be produced. Can accept input (on/off contact) from a push button, a photo sensor, or a barcode scanner (custom).

Diff
Shows the difference between plan and actual. The formula is plan minus actual. Operators can know how much is missing. in order to meet the specified goals

Rework or NG (no good)
Indicate waste during production. Input (on/off contact) can be obtained from a push button, a photo sensor, or a barcode scanner (custom).

Work Time
total working time of each shift or total working time of each model

OEE Calculate (%)
The OEE calculation will include Af%, Pf%, and Qf%.

Model Name
Show the model name that is being produced clearly. Allows operators to know that they are producing that model.

Line Name
Displays the line name of the line currently being produced. according to the position of use

Cycle Time/Tact Time
Time spent on each production run (production time per piece)

Featured Image or Video
On the screen, images of workpieces currently being produced can be displayed. or animation

Status
The state of the machine at that time was normal. or if there is any problem such as downtime, break time, setup time, or running late.
