A newly developed rubber element achieves high damping performance. A high-damping performance coupling that can support high-speed, high-precision operation of servo motors, etc. There is no backlash as all power transmission is done through frictional coupling. By using HNBR for the element, vibrations are damped more quickly than flexible couplings that use metal elements. This suppresses the resonance phenomenon that is a concern in drive lines such as motors, making it possible to avoid resonance over a wide operating speed range. Provides stable and high-speed control. Furthermore, the assembled structure also reduces shaft reaction force caused by misalignment. It is also possible to significantly reduce the burden on the mating shaft and bearing.
