We cut it from a rectangular substance and then process it.
It is formed like a straw hat and has a thin overall thickness, making it difficult to process. We process the product using clamps and jigs made in-house, but since the entire product is thin, advanced processing techniques are necessary to hold it down with jigs and process it.
The entire surface is processed with t1mm.

Normally, this shape is machined by drawing, although aircraft parts generally require cutting.
As a result, we also perform cutting processing on such thin processed products.
