TiN coating or TiAlN coating will improve the service life of your tools. Coating can be also applied to tools such as punches or dies, as well as cutting tools.

We design and manufacture special tools to encourage local procurement by domestic customers.

We provide a regrinding and recoating service for cutting tools for use by customers without a repolishing plant or who are not happy with the quality of their regrinded products. Our regrinding and recoating services will provide you with the best solution.

We offer a wide variety of dies ranging from trial dies or test dies to mass production dies, and are capable of producing dies of large size and high complexity. Overseas delivery is also available. Products finished by experienced Japanese engineers in Thailand with technology equivalent to or higher than in Japan can be shipped directly to a designated export destination.
We provide press processing services for both large and small parts. Press processing for hard-to-mold parts is also available, with dies kept in peak condition by our Die Department. In addition, we provide press processing for M/C, working in cooperation with our Maintenance Department to ensure high precision of dies.
Design
Making use of the cleaning technology developed by Shin-Ohtsuka Co. Ltd., a leading cleaning device manufacturer in Japan, YMPT is working to develop new cleaning systems and collect data on existing systems, using test results to provide clients with optimum cleaning methods, cleaning devices and cleaning services.
Parts procurement
We can secure maintenance parts, reducing acquisition lead-time through bulk purchasing.
Processing & Manufacturing
YMPT has succeeded in shortening delivery time by carrying out metal plating and processing within the same plant. We can also provide customers with metal-plated parts.
Quality Control
We ensure top quality is maintained with a quality control system constructed with the aim of preventing faulty parts entering the production line and providing optimum parts to our clients.
The Industrial Furnace Department provides such services as consulting on heat treatment of parts produced in Thailand; design, manufacture, installation, and test run coordination of heat treatment furnaces. We design and manufacturer Quenching and Tempering Furnace, Continuous Heat Treatment Furnace, Carburizing/Quenching and Tempering Furnace, Normalizing Furnace, Brazing-Annealing Furnace and Heating Gas Transforming Furnace in accordance with customers' requests.
Installation of press machines
We install a wide variety of press machines, including sheet metal presses, forging presses, hydraulic presses and injection molding machines. We also provide a relocation service for transfer of machines from Japan.
Maintenance
The Press Machine Installation & Maintenance Department carries out corrective maintenance to yield added value. By carrying out yearly inspections, we can prevent minor problems from developing into a major malfunction.
