Visual Inspection Robots
Drawing on our accumulated expertise in various transportation design technologies and extensive experience in image verification of diverse workpieces, we provide optimal image system proposals, design, and implementation for our clients.
Within our company, we have a range of image inspection devices, including visual inspection robots, enabling us to respond to any inspection requirements.
Assembly
We will follow the assembly drawings and assemble the parts manufactured by the production department.
If necessary, we will measure the stacking accuracy and include the data upon delivery.
During installation and adjustment, we will conduct the final product confirmation, including production testing.
We provide installation services both domestically and internationally.
Control
We specialize in software and hardware design using PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), as well as panel assembly and internal wiring. We also provide on-site sourcing services.
We can accommodate and adjust various types of robots from different manufacturers, including articulated, SCARA, and single-axis robots.
Design
We receive specification documents from each customer and create conceptual diagrams based on them. Additionally, upon request, we can also handle the creation and proposal of specification documents on behalf of our customers.
Once the conceptual diagrams are developed based on the specification documents, we conduct detailed discussions and seek design approval from the customers. Upon receiving their approval, we proceed to expand the diagrams into detailed component drawings.
In our company, we provide comprehensive design proposals for production line equipment, standalone machines, jigs, and other related items.
