Therefore, it ensures both the welds and the framework of the grating are consistently strong and reliable. However, the surface finishing is not achieved through the Hot Dip Galvanize method but through three alternative methods:
1. Sandblasting: Creates a textured surface with small sand-like particles.
2. Electropolishing: Provides a smooth and glossy finish to the grating surface.
3. Chemical Cleaning: Results in a raw stainless steel surface for the grating.
Stair Treads are gratings specifically designed for constructing staircases, focusing on safety during ascent and descent. These treads are manufactured using an automated welding system, resulting in seamless welds that are smooth, visually appealing, and firmly bonded. The grating framework is optimized to be the most suitable, utilizing minimal materials and lightweight construction while maintaining maximum load-bearing capacity. This ensures the welds and overall structure of the grating are consistently strong and durable.
The surface of the stair treads is coated with Hot Dip Galvanize, with a minimum thickness of 75 microns, in accordance with ASTM A123 and ASTM B6 standards.
The stair treads come in various types to cater to different production needs, particularly for mass production. They feature different types of nosings, including Checker Plate Nosing, Abrasive Nosing, and Warp Stripe Steel Plate Nosing. Additionally, there are options for both Bolt Type and Welding Type nosings.
