The stainless steel grating, manufactured using an automated welding system, results in uniform and seamless welds. The welds are smooth, aesthetically pleasing, and firmly bonded, providing strength, durability, and consistent structural integrity. This optimally designed grating requires minimal material and is lightweight while being able to withstand high loads. Therefore, it ensures both the welds and the framework of the grating are consistently strong and reliable. However, the surface finishing is not achieved through the Hot Dip Galvanize method but through three alternative methods:

1. Sandblasting: Creates a textured surface with small sand-like particles.
2. Electropolishing: Provides a smooth and glossy finish to the grating surface.
3. Chemical Cleaning: Results in a raw stainless steel surface for the grating.
