The Busbar is made of copper alloy with a copper ratio of > 99.95%. The outside can have a surface treatment layer of nickel (Ni), tin (Sn) or other alloys that create good corrosion resistance when working in acidic environments. Some Busbars are covered with PVC or PE to provide insulation when working in environments that require electrical safety.
Depending on customer requirements, Shogo can produce solid copper busbars or flexible busbars. Solid copper busbars are made from copper bars or shaped copper sheets, which has the advantage of being able to withstand its own weight and increase heat resistance when working. Flexible busbars are made by laminating many thin layers of copper foil and connecting them together, so they have the advantage of working well when expanded by working temperature, under impact when moving and in difficult areas. EV High-Voltage Cable with Connector products are manufactured at Shogo with a variety of types. Used to connect the charging port and battery, inside the battery, battery and motor and other parts, as well as battery energy storage equipment and other fields, as a power carrier.
HV Cable on electric vehicles includes 3 main parts:
- Part 1: High voltage cables are often used with high performance and feature cables such as Shield cable (XLPE, XLPO...) or Unshield cable depending on the purpose and working environment.
- Part 2: The connection head (connector or terminal) has the main task of bridging between details and areas that need to transmit electricity.
- Part 3: Protective covers are often used pipes, tape, fabric... with insulating properties, fireproof, anti-corrosion, oil and chemical resistance...
