The Busbar is made of copper alloy with a copper ratio of > 99.95%. The outside can have a surface treatment layer of nickel (Ni), tin (Sn) or other alloys that create good corrosion resistance when working in acidic environments. Some Busbars are covered with PVC or PE to provide insulation when working in environments that require electrical safety.
Depending on customer requirements, Shogo can produce solid copper busbars or flexible busbars. Solid copper busbars are made from copper bars or shaped copper sheets, which has the advantage of being able to withstand its own weight and increase heat resistance when working. Flexible busbars are made by laminating many thin layers of copper foil and connecting them together, so they have the advantage of working well when expanded by working temperature, under impact when moving and in difficult areas.
