We use the brittle material processing technology we have cultivated over many years to finish samarium cobalt magnets, which are difficult to process, to a high degree of precision.
We specialize in cylindrical ultra-small magnets with an outer diameter of 1.5 mm or less and a diameter of 0.7 mm for smaller magnets.
We use brittle processing technology to suppress chipping and cracking, and finish with an inside/outside tolerance of ±0.005mm, enabling us to deliver stable, high-quality magnets.
We will respond to customers' requests to the maximum extent possible with the technology and skills we have cultivated over many years, including material grinding, mixing, forming, sintering, processing, and inspection.
