We are Manufacturer and Distributor of Spokes & Nipples and Steel Wheel Rim for Motorcycle Industry and also as the Motorcycle Wheel Assembler for Motorcycle Assembly Plant both domestic and overseas plant. Our Service expanded to include Surface Plating for Automotive Parts& all kind of industries, Piping & Pipe products , and Exhaust Pipe for automotive Industry as well.
Nickel Chromium 3 line, 2 line for large parts and 1 line for small parts. All has 4 layers plating (semi, bright, tri and micro porous). 2 line use hexavalent chromium and 1 line can use both of hexavalent and trivalent chromium.
Apply for decoration both exterior and interior and protect extreamly corrosive.
Alkaline Non-Cyanide Zinc 2 line and can support large and small parts. Use trivalent chromate and has 3 colour shade (silver, yellow and black). 1 line can support plating inside pipe.
Apply for protect excellent corrosive.
Alkaline Non-Cyanide Zinc-Nickel 1 line and can support large and small parts. Use trivalant chromate and 1 colour shade (yellow). Can support both of low and high Ni type.
Apply for protect excellent corrosive.
Electroless Nickel 1 line.
Apply for wearing resistance parts and protect good corrosive.
Our steel pipe has characteristics such as less residual stress and even hardness without heat treatment. Therefore defect ratio is less in typical forming processes compare to normal roll formed products. Our TIG welded pipe is treated as “good yield material”. Our products has been produced by 1) Cutting, 2) Deburring, 3) Cleaning, 4) End Forming, 5) Bending , 6) Assembly, 7) Spot Welding, 8) Brazing (Manual Brazing by brass & Silver, Auto Brazing by Copper & Nickell), 9) Plating (Zn, Zn-Ni, Ni-Cr, Ni) & EDP (Available), 10) Leak Test (100% tested for piping product), 11) Final Assembly, 12) inspection (100% tested).
