In the first step of implementation and operation, the system has properly promoted the target value set out from the first days of operation, specifically as follows:
Reducing the temperature in the workshop to 3-6 degrees compared to before implementation. With the initial investment and research cost about 700 million VND and the operating cost of the system about 3 million VND/month (plant care, watering costs + automatic misting...) significantly lowered to create a cool and ventilated environment, creating a comfortable feeling for employees. Initial investment and operating costs are much cheaper than industrial fan + air conditioning systems (Figures are based on actual application for 750m2 factory).
Reducing noise to avoid environmental pollution in residential areas: With a structure surrounded by insulation tole system, insulation frame system, planting ground, vegetation... will help prevent the flow of sound waves from machinery and equipment when operating in the outside environment. Helps to reduce noise from production activities to the surrounding environment, especially factories located in residential areas.
