Carbon brushes are designed and manufactured to meet specific customer requirements, tailored to the motor specifications (medium and large motors used in steel, cement, and plastic production plants, thermal power plants, forklifts, cranes, etc.).
The brushes are produced using carbon blocks from Fuji Carbon (Japan), Schunk (Germany), and Mersen (France). Each year, we supply over 10,000 pieces of various industrial carbon brush types to customers in Vietnam and Japan.
Used in copper wire manufacturing plants, these molds are precision-machined with CNC technology.
EDM Graphite Electrodes: Supply of Tokai Carbon (Japan) HK series, used as materials in mold manufacturing and machining.
Other Specialty Carbon Products: Custom-designed and manufactured according to the specific requirements of customers.
