An industrial grinding machine is an automated device that uses a grinding wheel to remove excess material from the surface of a workpiece, achieving smoothness and high dimensional accuracy according to technical specifications. The machine is controlled by a PLC system, capable of grinding with tight tolerances and monitoring the grinding process using specialized measuring equipment.

+ Continuously measures and monitors post-grinding position and tolerance with 0.001 mm resolution.
+ Alerts if grinding error exceeds acceptable limits.
+ Integrates with PLC to trigger automatic stop/regrind if out of tolerance.
