The leak testing machine is an automated device designed to detect ultra-small gas leaks in products using pressure sensors and precise differential pressure measurement technology. This equipment is essential in industries requiring high airtightness such as automotive, electronics, and industrial products involving gas, steam, or liquid systems.

2. Technologies Used in the Machine
- Clamping and Sealing Mechanism: Uses pneumatic cylinders combined with positioning components and technical rubber gaskets to create an airtight chamber around the product. This design ensures no external leakage, increasing measurement reliability.
- Air Supply and Distribution Mechanism: The system of air pipes, valves, and connectors is optimally designed to maximize the speed of air filling/releasing, reduce pressure loss, and minimize mechanical vibration during operation.
