2. Ultrasonic Cleaning Technology
The machine utilizes ultrasonic cleaning at a frequency of 40KHz. Ultrasonic transducers mounted beneath the DI water tank generate high-frequency sound waves, inducing cavitation—rapid formation and collapse of microscopic bubbles. This process produces localized high-pressure shockwaves that effectively dislodge contaminants such as particles, oil, and residues from complex surfaces. The method enables non-contact, precision cleaning without surface damage, ideal for high-precision components requiring strict cleanliness standards.
