We offer comprehensive testing services for client-developed materials, including resin film (resist) coating and patterning tests, as well as chemical durability and patterning tests for metal films in development. We create patterned thin metal films and resin films (resists) on flexible substrates, including films and ultra-thin glass. Just as with standard glass substrates, we can achieve single-layer patterning and multilayer patterning (e.g., ITO/MAM/resist) according to your design specifications.

Atsugi Micro's technology allows for the creation of fine lines without the need for semiconductor processes. This flexibility enables us to meet a variety of needs, such as reducing per-unit costs and facilitating small-scale prototyping during the research and development phase.
We create five-layer patterned structures of color filters (CF) on glass, including black resist, red resist, green resist, blue resist, and OC (acrylic-based resist).
We can form thin-film metal and resin film (resist) patterns on various substrates, including:

・Films: PEN, PET, PI, and silicon wafers
