By separating the left and right sides of the bed as standard, the effects of vibration and other factors from opposite axes are minimized. A fixed turret is used to increase rigidity and enable even higher precision machining. It is also effective for hard turning and when the required surface roughness is high, such as in the case of aluminum/sintered materials.
