HIWIN

A ball screw consists of a screw shaft and a nut which has ball bearings that are circulated by means of internal mechanical components. Ball screws convert rotation into linear motion and are most commonly used in industrial machines and high-precision machines. HIWIN offers a wide range of ball screws to suit each application. HIWIN can produce grinding ball screws with JIS C0 precision and DIN 5 rolled ball screws (accuracy of 25 microns). Ball screw sizes are available from 4 mm to 120. mm with a maximum Dm-N value of 220,000.
