We maintains and sells used CMM machines by taking CMMs that have been used to improve and increase their efficiency so that they can be used as if they were new. The values are calibrated and adjusted to be accurate according to performance.
Our experts upgrade CMM using the DEVA Controller. Before upgrading, our technical staff checks the original accuracy with operators using existing 3D measurement software. Accurate results are recorded as reference, and then DEVA Controller and cables are installed. Complete CMM optimization is achieved with new hardware, followed by verification and calibration. Besides mechanical adjustments, CMM value compensation and calibration software can be integrated, aiming to enhance the original accuracy and performance of the CMM.
