Relief valves (a combination of ball and spring) are pressed in at the same time, and their relief function is tested to ensure complete functionality.
It also includes a feature that employs image processing to identify blowhole problems within the relief valve press-in hole, and it is one of our most advanced functional inspection machines, having developed our own unique functional inspection system and requiring a year to put into actual use.
