A cast iron bush is pushed into the movable scroll.
The flange has a flatness of 10μ and the bush has an inner diameter cylinder of Φ5μ.
Deep groove machining of a spiral shape. Ultra-high speed machining is accomplished using equipment co-developed with the manufacturer and our own involute curve program.
