We, Nidec OKK, became a member of the Nidec Group in 2022.
Nidec entered the machine tool business in 2021, and our entry into the Nidec Group is of great significance in that we will further advance Nidec''s mission of " anticipate social issues and contribute to society through our innovative products " through machine tools. In order to tackle major global changes such as decarbonization, encouraging automation, improving labor saving practices and a more digitized society, using innovative technology to create advanced and stable supply chains is becoming ever more important. We are developing various business activities to fulfill these missions.

Currently, Nidec''s machine tool business consists of four companies: Nidec OKK, Nidec Machine Tools, TAKISAWA, and PAMA (Italy). All four companies have long histories as machine tool manufacturers and have contributed to the development of society through their superior technologies and numerous delivery records.
Our group can be described in a few words,
Nidec OKK is "a long-established manufacturer of machining centers with a reputation for heavy durty cutting and high rigidity. "
Nidec Machine Tools is "a manufacturer of world-class gear machining technology, and large part machining technology. "
TAKISAWA is "has been making lathes for more than 100 years and specializes in customized machines based on extensive experience and knowledge."
Based in Italy, PAMA is "a manufacturer of large machine tools and is the global market share leader for horizontal boring and milling machines."　－ with a wide and extensive product lineup.

The integrated business activities of these four companies enable us to provide customers with cutting-edge products, optimal production systems, and processing solutions as a combined package. In addition to stable procurement and optimal production, we have established a sales and service system that leverages Nidec''s global network that extends around the world. We strive to provide products and services of the same quality that satisfy customers in all industries around the world and deliver good products quickly and inexpensively.

Nidec OKK will further accelerate its efforts to realize a sustainable society and contribute to the development of the global manufacturing industry as a comprehensive machine tool manufacturer.
