We mainly handle fluoropolymer products manufactured in Japan. Resins with heat resistance, non-adhesiveness (mould release), slipperiness, chemical resistance, insulation, weather resistance and many other properties can be supplied in various forms such as adhesive tape, sheets, porous and tubes.
Porous fluoroplastic PTFE (well-known as Teflon TM brand) sheet and tube.
This product can be used as a filter which has air through property while preventing water from coming inside. Teflon TM material has high temperature resistance, chemical resistance, electrical insulation, weatherability (anti-UV) as well.
- Porous sheet: Vent filter application in various ECU or lamps for automotive.
- Porous tube: Sensor protection application and bubbling tube for chemical liquid.
Glass cloth coated with fluoroplastics (well-known as Teflon TM brand).
We have variety of the thickness, adjusting glass cloth and coating thickness.
The suitable product can be suggested according to the application.
Jointed belt of this material is also availanbe.
The typical application is a clean release sheet for hot pressing, and we have special products with improved non-stickiness.
We can propose the best product when you need high temperature resistance, cleam release (non-stickiness), chemical resistance, low friction, electrical insulation and so on.

We have various sizes in mm and inch.
Typical applications are transfering chemical liquid, electrical insulation, liner for smooth sliding and so on. Bend-processing and flexible tube are also available.
We have high quality adhesive tapes with various base materials as folllows.
- Fluoroplastics (well-known as Teflon TM brand): PTFE film and PTFE coated glass cloth. Used for clean release in hot pressing process. High temperature resistance, clean release property, electrical insulation, chemical resistance, low friction.
- Silicone: Embossed surface and silicone coated glass cloth. Used in a production lines which use high adhesion material such as hot-melt adhesive. High temperature resistance, clean release property, electrical insulation, anti-slipping property.
- Polyimide: Popular material in electronic industry. Both of one-side and double-side tape. High temperature resistance, electrical insulation.
- UHMW-PE: Good sliding property with very high friction resistance.
