Rechargeable Screwdriver M6 with Torque Control Function

We would like to introduce our Rechargeable Screwdriver.
This product helps to prevent common issues during fastening work, such as angled fastening, double fastening, or thread jamming, improving fastening quality. Panasonic offers a wide range of support features made possible by their close attention to the needs of production line workers.

[Features]
■ Angled Fastening Reduction Function
By initially rotating the screw in reverse for about 360 degrees, it reduces thread engagement and misalignment, minimizing thread jamming.
■ Fastening Failure Notification Function
By registering the task time in advance, the tool will notify you if the fastening is incomplete when the set time is not reached.
■ Speed Adjustment Function
After the fastening setting time is reached, the speed is automatically switched to low speed (300 rpm) to reduce damage to the material.
■ Fastening Count Notification Function
When the set cumulative number of fastenings is reached, the tool locks and stops operation. When there are only 10,000 fastenings remaining, the panel on the tool will flash as a notification.
