■ Types of Carbide Grades
7M, 8M, 9M, 10M: Uncoated grades suitable for ISO groups K10-K20 and M10-M20.
F7, 8, 9, 10: Enhanced AlTiN-coated grades with high heat and thermal shock resistance, ideal for stainless steel.
B7, 8, 9, 10: AlCrN-coated grades with improved edge sharpness, suitable for titanium and hard-to-machine materials.
NF8, 9, 10: Slightly honed AlTiN-coated grades for machining steel and large stainless steel components.
ND7, 8, 9, 10: AlCrN-coated grades with slightly honed cutting edges, perfect for all steels, difficult materials, and large parts.
A9: Low-friction TiAlCN coating, ideal for thread milling.
P9, P10: Smooth AlTiN coating suitable for all drilling applications and boring in sticky materials.
T7: Diamond-Like Coating (DLC) with superior surface finish and hardness, optimized for aluminum.
