The automatic bottle unscrambler is designed to sort and align bottles onto a conveyor belt, reducing the labor required for manual bottle arrangement. This machine is not suitable for glass bottles but works efficiently with well-shaped and durable PE, PET, PP, and PVC bottles.

The bottle unscrambling process consists of three main sections
Bottle Feeding System – Two options: a giraffe-style feeder or a hopper system where bottles descend from the second level.
Rotary Sorting Disc – Spreads the bottles in a horizontal position, using centrifugal force to align them along the side of the hopper.
Mechanical Bottle Orientation System – Flips the bottles upright to ensure they are aligned uniformly.
The machine operates at variable speeds ranging from 100 to 300 bottles per minute.
