The Digital Cap Torque Meter & Capping Machine is used for testing and measuring the torque required to tighten and open bottle caps. It utilizes a servo motor to measure torque and can convert the results into various units such as N.m, Kgf, etc.

How it Works:
The empty bottle is placed into the machine, where a clamp secures it in place.
The cap is positioned using a cam-driven mechanism and placed on the bottle.
A weight (recommended 3 kg or more) is applied to the cap.
The touchscreen interface is used to start the process.
The machine tightens the cap according to the preset torque value.
To measure the opening torque, the machine gradually increases the torque until the cap opens, displaying the precise torque value.
This machine offers high precision, making it ideal for laboratory testing. It is user-friendly, allowing data extraction via USB for analysis. Additional functions can be customized based on customer requirements. The machine is constructed entirely from 304 stainless steel, ensuring durability and long-lasting performance.
