The Fixed Metal Level Type Two Chamber LP Furnace adopts an ALUNDER (Alunder) dual-chamber structure, which separates the holding chamber and pressurization chamber. This design enhances the quality of molten aluminum during continuous casting. The system is equipped with a fine ceramic stopper rod and a ceramic level sensor, ensuring stable pressure control. As a result, it improves casting process stability, enhances product quality, and increases production efficiency.
