Since our founding in 1952, Nakaseiki Japan has been dedicated to the continuous development of technology and products in the field of precision mechanical engineering. With over 70 years of experience, we are proud to be one of the pioneers in manufacturing equipment such as air chucks, hand presses, riveting machines, and precision mechanical components for the automotive, aerospace, electronics, and other industries.
In 2024, we officially established NAKASEIKI VIETNAM COMPANY LIMITED in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, as a 100% wholly owned subsidiary of our headquarters in Japan. This marks an important step in our strategy to expand production and strengthen relationships with customers across Southeast Asia.

| Nakaseiki Workshop was founded by Mr. Kozo Naka, beginning production of precision mechanical components. |
| June 1967 |
| Company renamed to Nakaseiki Co., Ltd. with a capital of 5 million yen. Mr. Kozo Naka appointed as President. |
| May 1971 |
| Completed in-house developed product: Liquid Dispenser for Measuring Instruments (Naka Dispenser), and started manufacturing and sales. |

| Signed technical partnership with UK-based Liquid Control Corporation. Products marketed under the brand "Naka Liquid." |

| Capital increased to 20 million yen. |

| Okayama Plant established in Aida District, Okayama Prefecture, to expand production of VTR mechanical components. |
