in 1992 due to rising cost of labor and supplies in Taiwan, our plastic injection molding production facility was moved to Thailand and TTS Plastics Co.,Ltd. and T&K Plastic Co.,Ltd. were formed. TTS has responsibility for raw materials and production, while T&K is responsible for supervising labor. Overall corporate management, import/export and research and development remain in Taiwan.
TTS PLASTIC CO., LTD. provides mass production of automotive exterior parts using plastic injection molding technology in Thailand. We specialize in large-scale molding, utilizing high-durability resin materials that withstand impacts and heat to deliver parts meeting the highest quality standards.
Our fully integrated production system covers injection molding, painting, and assembly. We handle various exterior parts such as bumpers, grilles, and door panels. With a 100,800 m² factory and 110 injection machines, we ensure stable, continuous supply for large-scale orders.
We implement a three-stage quality control process to ensure precise dimensions and surface quality, guaranteeing safety and aesthetic requirements demanded by automotive manufacturers.
Our material lineup includes PP, ABS, and PC, offering flexible design possibilities and weight reduction options to meet the diverse demands of both domestic and international automotive markets.
